Outdoor Kodiak Rules
Site Access
Anyone accessing the area beyond the gate is entering at their own risk and is subject to injury from paintballs, traffic, wildlife, and slips/trips/falls. Only those choosing to execute a liability waiver may access beyond the gate. Waiver of Liabilities must be on file before any field play. Failure to abide by these rules may result in disbarment from the Outdoor Kodiak, LLC leased areas.
Paintballing Rules:
- A waiver must be completed and no more than 1-year old (Download Below)
- All players under 18 (years old) must have parental consent and execute the parent's signature line on the liability waiver in person/at the field.
- Gate must be opened to play paintball on the field. A closed gate means no play.
- Eye Protection must be worn in all projectile objects (paintballing) areas.
- A barrel sock is required 100% off the field.
- All markers must be chrono graphed (Chrono) before gameplay. Referees have the right to Chrono at any time (including gameplay)
- Players must wear approved masks during all gameplay beyond the nets.
- Any player observed outside the demarcated field will be asked to leave.
- Players may bring their own High-Pressure Air (HPA). Outdoor Kodiak, LLC reserved the right to refuse refills if the bottle does not conform to specifications or has a current hydro.
- Any aiming at or shooting at the referees will result in permanent removal from the Outdoor Kodiak, LLC, recreational facility.
- Referee calls are final, and no objections, and no arguing. No referee means no paintballing.
- All garbage must be removed from the field. Any lost items will be held for 30 days and given to those in need.
- Do not shoot at the safety nets. These nets are designed to prevent rouge paint from exiting the field, not for target practice.
- Outdoor Kodiak is a drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free facility with ZERO tolerance.
- Outdoor Kodiak is a safe place where bullying or being a prick is not tolerated. Infractions will face a firing squad.
- No offensive language, disrespect, or talking about someone's momma will be allowed.
- Safety Tags are required within three feet of your opponent.
- Men without permission to play paintball will be assessed the following: 1) $50 (we haven't seen him), $100 (he left a while ago to get you flowers), $500 he rescued a little puppy from the clutches of an eagle and is at the puppy doctor.
- No crossing-colored security fence, netting, or parameter marking at any time. These exist for safety and property delineation.
- Those choosing to volunteer will be provided with Outdoor Kodiak, LLC gift cards redeemable for store credits. Volunteers should track their own time and certify its accuracy.
- All sales of paint and air are final and non-refundable. Any marker used will not be eligible for a refund (if something breaks within the first 30 days, we may be able to swap it out).
- Outdoor Kodiak, LLC is not responsible for any theft or damaged items on the field. All participants entering the field acknowledge this risk and are encouraged to secure their belongings.
- Anyone breaking these rules must volunteer hours to return field play permission.
